go take a hike

I have lived in the San Luis Obispo area nearly my whole life (minus the four years I spent in Santa Cruz for college. And yet, I somehow had never gotten around to hiking Bishop's Peak. Today was the day. Noah and I spent a lovely couple hours hiking up the peak, exploring the rocks up top and then running back down. Here are just a couple of the photographs I took:

    And what a lovely day you had for your hike! I've lived here for over 30 years and never hiked Bishop's Peak - but once when I was around 11 or so, on a visit, we did hike up part of San Luis Mountain. Glad you had some fun on your day off!
