Actually, I always think these things are going to make me sneeze, but they don't.  One of those mysteries in life...

I don't know why

This picture just cracks me up for some reason.  I was sitting at Bon Temps Creole Cafe for breakfast one morning and I look over, and here are these three flies just sitting there.  I had to take a picture of it.  It's like they're having a fly meeting or something.  Anyway, hope you like it half as much as I do.

First day off since all the wedding craziness finished.  Today I'm getting my hair cut and that's it.  No errands, no commitments, no being charming, just relaxing...and laundry, really need to do some laundry.

Anyone else noticed?

Has anyone else noticed the days are definitely getting shorter?  Where'd summer go?

For my friend's bachelorette party, where did we go?  Vegas, of course.  And while in Vegas, where did we stay?  Paris, bien sûr!

Oh deer

It's been awhile, hasn't it?  I do have an excuse!  I swear I do.  My best friend just got married on Saturday and I was the maid of honor.  If any of you have held that job, you'll understand my absence over the past month.  Between dress fittings, bachelorette party, bridal shower, calming down the bride-to-be, getting last minute decorations (making last minute decorations), work and trying to stay even remotely sane, there was just no time for blogging.  Sorry!  I'll try to get back into it...or at least not go an entire month again without updating.
