sooooo tired

Had to get up this morning at 5am so I could be to work at 6am. Luckily, I am now off of work and have another batch of green bean casserole in the oven for yet another Thanksgiving celebration this afternoon/evening. Yesterday was simply fabulous! Wonderful people, great food, and farkle...who can ask for more?

What are you thankful for? Me? I'm thankful for the wonderful people in my life, the fact that I have a job (even if it drives me nuts sometimes), the hot cup of coffee that I'm drinking and the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade that I'm watching. In a few hours, I'll start making some delicious green bean casserole and be on my way to a big dinner. Hope everyone out there enjoys their turkey and mashed potatoes, and stuffing and all the fixings!

Have to work until 11pm tonight. Damn you Thanksgiving sales that have to be set up the night before! Hope everyone else has a very happy Thanksgiving eve.

This is the worst week of the year to work retail...that is all.

The sun is shining, the coffee's brewing, I'm thinking it's going to be a good day. Perhaps I'll actually get outside and take some pictures (was sooo disappointed when it rained all day Friday and I was cooped up inside).

5 months

I have been smoke free for 5 months today! Which means just one more month and that's half a year! I can't quite believe it.
